Being homosexual or bisexual is natural. It’s time for society to embrace the natural

Science says that a human being’s attraction to other human beings, whether male or female, is purely based on natural human instincts.

These instincts are not designed or created by oneself. They are instilled through a person’s natural sexuality. However, this understanding of his irrevocable sexuality, whether straight or homosexual, has not been well explained or openly discussed among our older generations.

This lack of transparency in sex education has led to the unhealthy suppression of many young adults who are discovering more about their sexuality on a daily basis.

Therefore, in modern times, the notion of discussing sexuality and opening up about homosexuality between children and their parents is considered taboo.

As a result, if people in the LGBTQ community are not allowed to be themselves and continue to be prevented from opening up to their sexuality, it can lead to consequences of emotional, mental and relationship trauma. Therefore, it is essential that adults develop a panoramic and correct understanding of sexuality in order to prevent such unwanted trauma among families and to accept the norm of the LGBTQ community.

Repressed people can suffer from emotional issues such as low self-confidence and low self-esteem. They can also suffer from mental health issues such as depression and severe anxiety. As a result, they might also be forced to face heartbreaking losses in their relationships with their parents, peers, and other loved ones. The separation is caused by a misunderstanding about sexuality, where a majority of people mistakenly believe that heterosexuality is the only and correct decision. This majority of people deny their loved ones because they cannot cope with the self-assumed or self-created shame associated with same-sex attraction. Shame makes people fear what others will think of their children who may be gay, lesbian or bisexual etc. People worry unnecessarily about what society thinks of them. As a result, the acceptance of homosexuality or bisexuality in families becomes unacceptable.

Being part of the LGBTQ community is a natural instinct in humans. According to the Washington Post via Forbes, a gene study involving more than 470,000 people conducted by scientists found at least five genes clearly associated with homosexuality.

Natural factors used to uncover variants of biological genes found in the study included a person’s sense of smell, male pattern baldness, a person’s sex hormones, and a person’s environmental exposure. . The researchers claim that these biological gene variants found in the study can influence sexual behavior or attraction, proving homosexuality as one of the standard components of human sexual behavior. Therefore, according to the director of programs of GlAAD – an LGBTQ advocacy organization, Zeke Stokes, the study conducted provides additional evidence that being part of the LGBTQ community is a natural part of human life and only reinforces the findings. drawn by scientists on considered homosexuality. like a natural behavior in the past.

Since science proves that homosexuality is a natural habit in life and cannot be changed in individuals, it is essential that people from different communities evolve in their understanding of homosexuality. People should not ignore natural human habits and accept human beings with love. People should realize that judging and denying people on the basis of homosexuality because of personal or religious beliefs is wrong. Instead, they should understand that the real belief in accepting a human being (even if they are gay) should be based on the person being kind and good for society. Gay or bisexual people also have feelings and are like straight people hoping to be liked by other people. They have normal aspirations, normal dreams, and should be treated as normal in society.

Today, in the 21st century, it is time for society to come out of sexual immaturity and wake up with the feelings of those close to the LGBTQ community. In other words, it is high time for society to let go of its own pride and truly embrace sexual normalcy – accepting people for who they are in the world by simply loving each other.
